Along with these replacement parts, Serck offers state of the art cleaning and refurbish. This cleaning meets the EPA and Colorado Clean Air standards.
DPF Cleaning
10 Steps back to your door! Serck Services Inc offers the best in class, EPA Approved, emission product cleaning :
- We visually inspect for damage, oil and antifreeze contamination while at your facility.
- Back at our facility, we check the unit for breaches by using our Magnehelic Inspection station to set a vacuum and take readings.
- The unit is pre-cleaned by setting a vacuum and blowing compressed air to make ready for entry into our regeneration oven.
- Placing the unit into our oven and setting it to gradually heat up, baking the unit at 1112 degrees fahrenheit.
- Unit stays in our oven at 1112 degrees for 2 hours and then gradually cools down.
- Total regeneration time is 8 hours.
- We remove the unit from the oven, placing it back into our Magnehelic station for final vacuum and compressed air cleaning and take final reading.
- The unit is then brushed and cleaned externally to ensure a thorough cleaning externally.
- Complete inspection reading forms
- Delivered back to your door!
